1. Purpose:
Jaw crusher is generally used for a period of crushing, after discharging material to go through the second crushing, such as cone crushing, counterattack, roll breaking and other machine feeding equipment, the second crushing feeding is generally very small, if the feeding is large, jaw crushing must be used as the first stage of crushing, impact crusher will generally crush marble, flowers. Granite, too hard material is not suitable for impact crusher, will cause wear of vulnerable parts increased.
2. Scope of crushed materials:
The counter-impact crusher is also called counter-impact crusher. The finished product is cubic, tension-free, crack-free, and has good particle shape. It can crush all kinds of coarse, medium and fine materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.). Its compressive strength does not exceed 500 MPA. Its discharge size can be adjusted, and its grinding specifications are diversified.
Jaw crusher is abbreviated as jaw crusher. It is mainly used for medium-sized crushing of various ores and bulk materials. Its compressive strength is not more than 320 Mpa. It can be divided into two types: coarse crushing and fine crushing. This series of products have complete specifications, and its feed size is 125 mm/750 mm, which is the first choice of crushing equipment.
3. The working principle does not need:
When the impact crusher works, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. The material enters the area where the plate hammer acts. The plate hammer impacts the rotor and then throws it back into the crushing chamber to break it again. Material is broken repeatedly from large to small into one, two, three, in the counter-impact crushing chamber until the material is broken to the required size and discharged from the outlet.
When the jaw crusher works, the motor drives the belt and pulley so that the moving jaw body moves up and down through the eccentric axis. When the moving jaw body rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes larger, which makes the moving jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed or chopped to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the moving body is downward, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller. Under the action of a pull rod and a spring, the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate, at which time the crushing material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, mass production has been realized.
4. Performance characteristics
The counter-impact crusher has the characteristics of large inlet and outlet, large crushing chamber, high material hardness, large particle size and less stone powder. It can easily adjust the gap between impact plate and hammer, effectively control particle size and have good particle shape. 5. The difference of crushing effect:
Due to the limitation of crushing conditions, although the particle size of ore materials treated by jaw crusher is uniform, the overall particle size is larger. Therefore, for users with higher product quality, it is necessary to consider adding some auxiliary two-stage crushers when purchasing equipment. "The difference is that the counter-impact crusher not only has great compressive strength, but also has the effect of stone forming. Therefore, the ore material treated by the counter-impact crusher has a strong cube and reasonable gradation, which can fully meet the requirements of current stone production. Therefore, in some stone production lines, the combination of the two is often used.
Generally speaking, jaw crusher is mainly used for primary crushing, crushing stone is relatively large; impact crusher is mainly used for crushing medium-sized stone, mainly for secondary crushing. The same thing is that all the materials are squeezed. The degree of fragmentation is related to their structure and their working mode. Reverse impact crusher is a kind of extruder material that rotates swing and cone swing eccentrically to drive conical lining and fixed lining. Jaw crusher is divided into single pendulum and double pendulum, and crushes materials by moving claw to drive planar jaw plate and fixed jaw plate for reciprocating extrusion. In short, the former is broken by rotating oscillation and the trajectory is circular; the latter is broken by reciprocating oscillation and the extrusion motion is straight line. Compared with jaw crusher, the working process of counter-impact crusher is continuous, and the material force in the cavity is bending force, shear force and friction force, which is easy to crush.
